Performance Management

This eLearning experience introduced the new Performance Management tool to all employees and managers to help them understand how to complete their quarterly performance reviews. 

It provided response examples for both employees to write their self-assessments and managers to write their manager assessments, as well as how to use additional features in the platform. Knowledge checks were incorporated throughout to track learner understanding of the material. 

I scripted, recorded and edited all video footage for this eLearning. I also designed customized User Manuals for Employees and Managers that were available in the course Resources.

Audience: Employees that had been with the company for a minimum of 90 days, and all Managers with direct reports.

Responsibilities: Instructional Design, Technical Writing, eLearning Development, Graphic Design, Script Writing, Video Production and Editing, LMS Course Setup and Enrollment  

Tools Used: iSpring eLearning Authoring Tool, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, iSpring Cam Pro, Adobe Illustrator, iSpring LMS

I created two Resource Guides on how to complete the performance assessment using the BambooHR HRIS system. 

There was an Employee Edition and a Manager Edition which employees could view online or download. 

The guides covered all the concepts I discussed in this eLearning video in a step-by-step format.​
