This learning experience was part of a two-phase series that aimed to provide Sales & Member Support specialists with methods to enhance the value they bring to both new and existing members during their interactions. This specific training project I created zeroed in on the utilization of discounts as a strategy to boost sales and improve member retention for our direct business lines.
During Phase 1, I crafted a microlearning module for Specialists to engage with during their team huddle sessions. Additionally, I devised a Huddle Guide intended for Frontline Leaders. This guide included questions and discussion points aimed at reinforcing the training goals. To further support the process, I conceptualized a Coaching Tool for Frontline Leaders. This tool served as a resource for their call evaluations to provide continuous guidance to their teams regarding these concepts.
I produced and edited an introduction video showcasing multiple leaders from across the organization. This video marked the beginning of Phase 2 in the training series. This phase involved a Self-Directed eLearning course that delved further into the concepts initially introduced in the microlearning. Furthermore, I designed a post-training quiz to assess understanding after the training. Additionally, I equipped Frontline Leaders with a Coaching Tool aimed at reinforcing these concepts effectively.
