Lifelong Learning

 I led the rollout of an eLearning initiative that introduced our company's professional development program to all staff. Our goals were clear: communicate our dedication to personal and professional growth, define lifelong learning, teach SMART goal setting, and guide employees in creating actionable plans. We provided sample goals, program FAQs, and progressed to developing an internal Learning Portal website.

Together with the CEO, I unveiled the Learning Portal at the annual All Hands meeting. This was followed by a 6-week email drip campaign and concise 30-minute live training sessions for managers, focusing on team development. 

I scripted, filmed, and edited eLearning videos, developed a SharePoint site integrated with our intranet, and designed a User Manual, FAQ guide, and Learning Plan worksheet. 

This project showcases my ability to manage multifaceted eLearning projects that blend ambitious goals with practical execution, using a diverse range of instructional design and technical expertise.
