I partnered with Senior Executive Leaders to create an exclusive rotational program aimed at attracting young insurance professionals to our organization. This learning experience was carefully designed to enhance the skills necessary for success in the insurance industry while also providing essential support to different business areas.
Participants in this program had the unique opportunity to work across various departments and job functions within the organization. The experience included job shadowing, networking, mentorship, and professional development requirements, all of which were seamlessly integrated. This comprehensive approach allowed associates to gain valuable insights into different career paths available within an insurance carrier.
My role in this endeavor encompassed a thorough Needs Analysis within each department. I maintained ongoing collaboration with 2-3 Subject Matter Experts and Executive Leaders from each business area to ensure program relevance. I handled all aspects of instructional design, graphic design, and technical writing. Once the program was developed, I partnered with the Marketing team to effectively brand and promote it. Furthermore, I closely collaborated with the Human Capital team for continuous engagement in college recruitment events, as well as the management and overall success of the program.
