Interviewing for the Right Fit

I collaborated with Human Capital to create a comprehensive training series aimed at supporting Managers throughout the company's hiring process, spanning from interviewing to onboarding.

This specific eLearning was crafted to educate hiring managers about the company's interview protocols and provide insightful tools to aid them at every step of the journey.

I was responsible for scripting, recording, and editing all video content for the eLearning module. Additionally, I crafted a tailor-made Interview Resource Guide for Hiring Managers. This guide encompassed an interview preparation checklist, a pre-interview rundown, and a selection of sample interview questions.
