This learning experience marked the second installment in our LMS Introduction training series. It was specifically designed to acquaint Managers with direct reports to the exclusive features available within the Learning Management System.
The primary objective of this project was to empower Managers, enabling them to effectively utilize the LMS to support their teams' growth and progress. This entailed monitoring training progress, encouraging course completion, and fostering engagement within Group forums.
The course included a comprehensive virtual tour of the Manager Dashboard, along with instructions on using additional platform features such as downloading completion reports, sending team reminders, and reviewing assessment scores. To ensure comprehension, I integrated knowledge checks throughout the training. Audience: All Managers with direct reports
